Costs agreed before work starts

Before any work begins, ask us to confirm anything else that could apply to your job, such as parts and materials, parking or work outside usual hours. We agree the scope and cost with you first, and if something new turns up during the job we stop and talk it through before going further.

GOOD QUESTIONS TO ASK US
  • Are parts or materials likely, and how are they charged?
  • Does parking or access at my address affect anything?
  • Does the timing of the visit affect the cost?
  • What happens if you find something else?
