Three ways in
Drain unblocking
Clearing blocked sinks, basins, baths, showers, toilets and outside gullies and drains.
High-pressure jetting
Water jetting to clear stubborn blockages, grease and silt, and to clean drain runs through.
CCTV drain surveys
A camera sent down the drain to find blockages, root ingress, cracks or collapses, so you know what you are dealing with.
- Water draining slowly
- Gurgling from plugholes
- Bad smells from drains
- A toilet that rises when flushed
- An overflowing outside gully or manhole
- Repeat blockages in the same place
Find the cause,
then agree the fix.

Before any work begins, ask us to confirm anything else that could apply to your job, such as parts and materials, parking or work outside usual hours. We agree the scope and cost with you first, and if something new turns up during the job we stop and talk it through before going further.
Good to know.
What should I do while I wait?
Stop using taps, toilets and appliances that drain into the blocked run, so water does not back up further.
How is drain work charged?
Drains are £150 + VAT per hour (£180 per hour including VAT). Ask us to confirm anything else that could apply to your job before work begins.
When is a CCTV survey useful?
When blockages keep returning, when there may be damage or roots, or when you want to know the condition of a drain, for example before buying a property.
Is the drain my responsibility?
It depends where the problem is. Drains serving only your property are usually yours; shared sewers are often the water company. Tell us what you see and we can talk it through.
