Before any work begins, ask us to confirm anything else that could apply to your job, such as parts and materials, parking or work outside usual hours. We agree the scope and cost with you first, and if something new turns up during the job we stop and talk it through before going further.

What should I tell you about my boiler?
The make and model (usually on the front panel or a label underneath), its approximate age, what it is doing, and any fault code shown. A photo helps.
How is heating work charged?
Heating is £120 + VAT per hour (£144 per hour including VAT). Ask us to confirm parts or anything else that may apply before work begins.
Do you install new boilers?
Yes. Boiler installation is one of our heating services. Get in touch to talk through your home and what you need.
Can I smell gas?
If you smell gas, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 straight away.
