When one type of heating works and the other does not
If radiators warm while an underfloor-heated area remains cold, tell us which zones respond and how they are controlled. Note whether the floor heating is water-based or electric if known. Those systems need different investigations, so a room described simply as “not heating” may not provide enough information to arrange suitable attendance.
Photographs of accessible controls and equipment labels help establish the arrangement without dismantling anything. A fault in one zone should not automatically lead to replacing the boiler.
