Frequent cycling is a symptom, not a part number
Tell us whether the boiler repeatedly starts and stops while the home is still cold, or whether the symptom only occurs during hot-water use. Note the controller setting, any fault display and whether the pattern is new. A short description of the sequence is more useful than an assumed failed component.

Does frequent switching mean the boiler has reached the end of its life?
Not necessarily. Several system or control issues can produce similar behaviour. Repair or replacement advice should follow inspection and a clear explanation of findings, not simply the frequency of switching.
