Problems we can look at
No heating or hot water
The boiler will not fire, or it fires and cuts out.

Good to know.
Should I keep resetting the boiler?
Follow the reset instructions in your manufacturer’s manual only if it is safe to do so. If it keeps locking out, stop and call, and note any fault code. Do not remove the casing or attempt a gas repair.
How is a repair charged?
Heating is £120 + VAT per hour (£144 per hour including VAT). We agree parts and the scope of the repair with you before going ahead.
What if the boiler is not worth repairing?
We tell you honestly and talk through options, including replacement, so you can decide.
I can smell gas. What should I do?
Leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 immediately.
