Private boiler or communal heat supply?
No hot water in an apartment does not automatically mean there is a boiler inside the flat. A home may have its own boiler, a heat interface unit connected to a shared system, or another arrangement. Send an equipment-label photo taken without removing a cover and describe whether space heating, hot water or both have stopped.
If the building supplies heat centrally, ask the managing agent whether there is a wider outage and who maintains the equipment in your flat. That can prevent arranging the wrong type of visit. For a private boiler, the displayed fault and service history help frame the investigation. Gas work must be undertaken by an engineer registered and competent for that work; never open the appliance casing.
